I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents grounded in art therapy and integrative, trauma‑informed approaches. Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs and may include talk therapy, art‑based processes, mindfulness, and body‑based awareness to support emotional regulation, self‑understanding, and personal growth.
